Job description:
Powell & Majestro, PLLC is seeking a full-time, detail-oriented Paralegal with at least five (5) years of experience to join our team. The legal team at Powell & Majestro has been protecting the interests of individuals, families, and businesses in West Virginia, as well as handling complex litigation nationwide for over twenty years.

As a member of the team,you will support our legal team in class actions, mass torts, and complex civil litigation, through a multitude of case management functions, including document preparation, conducting research, data entry, scheduling, calendaring, and tracking deadlines, and maintaining organized case files. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience required.
• Experience in class actions, mass torts, or complex plaintiff-side litigation strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with federal and state court filing systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software (Clio, LexisNexis).

discussing a full or part-time remote work arrangement.
