Albertsons Loses Bid For Midtrial Win In Wash. Opioid Case
Congratulations to Tony Majestro for this big win in the State of Washington’s opioid case against Albertsons!
Tony briefed the State’s opposition and successfully argued against Albertsons’s directed verdict motion. He also presented the abatement case, on which Judge Helson commented “I think I’ve been given enough information in the plan so that I will be in a position to fashion an appropriate abatement remedy.”
